The Founder
Social Disruption was founded in 2020 by Shannon Walker. A multi-award winner, passionate and multi-disciplined communications specialist, who has helped build brand awareness for global luxury brands and iconic retailers.

Shannon has enjoyed a ten-year career, at the forefront of disruptive Digital PR strategies that have achieved triple percentage revenue growth YOY and increased brand rankings for B2C businesses.

Wanting to create more purpose through her profession, Shannon's mission is to help drive industry change around diversity and meaningful communications, and to reinforce positive and uplifting online environments.

She has spoken at Deliveroo, Boston University and industry conferences such as PRWEEK360: Influencer 360, Digital Marketing Week, and ICCO, to bring awareness to the changing communications landscape.
